Neo Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Neo to discover, sell, order, pay for, fulfil, or support products through WhatsApp and the web.

Marketplace roles

Neo provides commerce software and coordinates service providers. Sellers remain responsible for their products, descriptions, prices, stock, fulfilment, required licences, and compliance with applicable law. Buyers must provide accurate order and delivery information.

Orders and payments

An order is subject to stock and seller acceptance. Payments use hosted or provider-managed payment rails; Neo does not store raw card details. Payment confirmation must come from the payment provider or an authorised reconciliation review before fulfilment proceeds.

Delivery, returns, and disputes

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Product-specific return terms and applicable consumer rights still apply. Buyers should report a problem promptly through the protected order page and provide truthful evidence. Neo may hold payouts while a dispute or fraud review is open.

Acceptable use

You must not use Neo for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity; impersonate another person or business; interfere with the service; or attempt to access another user's private information.

Availability and liability

Neo depends on third-party messaging, payment, hosting, storage, and delivery services. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. We may update these terms as Neo changes and will identify the current version by its effective date.
