You can request deletion of personal information connected to your Neo WhatsApp number.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the official Neo WhatsApp conversation you used for Neo.
  2. Send the exact message Delete my Neo data from that same phone number.
  3. Complete the identity or order verification requested by Neo support.
  4. Keep the confirmation reference sent after your request is accepted.

What happens next

Neo will delete or de-identify eligible personal information after verification and normally complete the request within 30 days. We may retain limited transaction, dispute, fraud-prevention, audit, or legal records where required or permitted by law. Information held independently by Meta, payment providers, sellers, or other providers is governed by their own deletion processes.
