How we use information
We use this information to create accounts and shops, recommend products, process orders and payments, coordinate delivery, provide seller tools and support, prevent abuse, keep required records, and improve Neo.
Who receives information
We share only what is needed with the buyer or seller involved in a transaction and with service providers that run Neo, including Meta for WhatsApp messaging, OpenAI for constrained conversation planning, Paystack for hosted payments, storage providers, hosting providers, and couriers once live delivery is available. Those providers process information under their own terms and safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the service, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, and legal obligations. Access is restricted by role, sensitive uploads are private, provider callbacks are signature-checked, and important actions are audited. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, object to processing of, or delete your personal information. You may also withdraw optional marketing consent. Start a request using the instructions on our data deletion page. Some transaction or security records may be retained where the law requires or permits it.
Changes
We may update this notice as Neo and its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
